A new build, single storey 28,000 sq. ft. steel portal frame building with profiled and flat cladding to elevations. The foundations for the building consist of a pre-cast concrete piles supporting reinforced pile caps and ground beams with fibre reinforced power floated ground slab.
The site was a serviced site with connections for both foul and surface water provided on the design of Phase 1 of the overall retail development. The car parking was extended to provided a further area of 3,655m² with the extension of the rear reinforced concrete service road.
