Brecon High School involved the delivery of a new education facility, including a new school building and special educational needs unit. The scheme required comprehensive civil and structural engineering input to support the building design, site infrastructure, access arrangements, and wider campus requirements.
We provided full civil and structural engineering services, including piled foundation design and structural steelwork frame design for the new school and SEN unit. The structural solution was developed to support the architectural layout, teaching accommodation, and construction requirements.
Our civil engineering role included the design of a new access road and roundabout, providing the necessary infrastructure to support safe and effective access to the school site.
