Project Details
Bridge House, Warwick is a residential facade remediation project involving structural assessment of the existing building to support proposed facade replacement works.
We are providing structural engineering input to assess whether the existing SFS and primary building structure can accommodate the proposed new facade system. This includes review of existing load paths, support arrangements, structural capacity, and the interface between the facade system and the retained building structure.
Our role supports the wider remediation strategy by providing clear structural advice on the suitability of the existing structure and identifying any engineering considerations required to facilitate the proposed works.
