Chivers House, Bath

Chivers House is a residential development on Windsor Bridge Road in Bath, requiring coordinated civil and structural engineering input to support the delivery of new homes within a sensitive urban context. 

We provided full civil and structural engineering services for the scheme, developing the structural design alongside the associated infrastructure and external works requirements. Our role included close coordination with the architect and contractor team to support a practical, buildable design solution through the development and delivery stages. 

The project also included Section 278 highway works, requiring integration of the development with the surrounding highway network and coordination with the relevant approving authority.
