Coppergate is a purpose-built student accommodation development located on The Kingsway in Swansea. The project required civil and structural engineering services to support the delivery of student accommodation within a central urban location.
We provided full civil and structural engineering design for the development, including piled foundation design, party wall coordination, and associated infrastructure works. The project required careful coordination with the building layout, construction requirements, and surrounding highway environment.
Our role included Section 278 highway works, supporting access, public realm, and integration with the wider streetscape.
