Project Details

The new school units at Duffryn High School, forming facilities for Ysgol Gyfun Gwent Is Coed and John Frost School, required full civil and structural engineering design to support the delivery of two new education blocks.

We provided full civil and structural engineering services, including piled foundation design and the structural design and reinforcement detailing of the two new blocks. The project required careful coordination to support the delivery of education facilities within an existing school environment.

Our civil engineering input included Section 278 highway works and below-ground drainage design, helping to integrate the new buildings with the surrounding infrastructure and school campus.
