Project Details

The Earls Court project involves the refurbishment and extension of an existing hotel building in London, including the provision of a new basement and rear extension works. The scheme required careful structural and civil engineering coordination due to the constrained urban site conditions and the complexity of integrating new structures with the existing building.

Our role included the preparation of a Basement Impact Assessment and drainage strategy to support the planning submission, together with the structural design of the new rear extension and associated basement works. We also provided structural modification designs to facilitate the refurbishment works throughout the existing building.

The project includes new below-ground drainage infrastructure designed to support the redeveloped hotel.
