Project Details

The Eccleshall Road housing development in Market Drayton involved the delivery of civil and structural engineering services for a residential scheme at the junction of Eccleshall Road and Pinewood Road.

We provided full civil and structural engineering input, coordinating the building design with site infrastructure, drainage, and development access requirements. The project required careful consideration of foul drainage strategy and environmental approvals due to discharge into a watercourse.

A key element of our role was the preparation of the Flood Risk Activity Permit (FRAP) submission to the Environment Agency to support the proposed foul discharge arrangements. This added an important statutory approval element to the project alongside the core civil and structural design services.
