Project Details

The Howard Gardens development in Cardiff is a purpose-built student accommodation scheme requiring full civil and structural engineering design to support the delivery of modern student living accommodation.

We provided full civil and structural engineering services, including piled foundation design and the design and detailing of the reinforced concrete frame. The project required careful coordination of structural layouts, party wall interactions, drainage, highway interfaces, and the wider construction strategy.

Our role included associated Section 278 highway works and civil engineering infrastructure design, supporting the development’s integration with the surrounding urban environment.
