Putney Plaza, London 

Putney Plaza is a facade remediation project involving the assessment of an existing residential building to support proposed facade replacement works. 

We are providing structural engineering services to assess the existing SFS and primary building structure in relation to the proposed new facade system. The assessment considers existing support conditions, revised facade loading, load transfer, and the capacity of the retained structure to accommodate the proposed remediation works. 

Our involvement provides structural input to help coordinate the facade replacement strategy, supporting the wider design team in understanding the existing building constraints and engineering requirements.
