Seren is a purpose-built student accommodation development on Alexandra Road in Swansea. The project required full civil and structural engineering services to support the delivery of a large-scale PBSA scheme in an urban location.
We provided piled foundation design and reinforced concrete frame design and detailing, developing a robust and efficient structural solution suited to the requirements of high-density student accommodation. The project also required consideration of party wall interactions and coordination with surrounding buildings and infrastructure.
Our role included associated Section 278 highway works and civil engineering design, supporting the successful delivery and integration of the scheme within its urban context.
