Springfield Wharf is a residential development in Bath requiring full civil and structural engineering input, including the design of piled foundations and associated development infrastructure.
We developed the structural engineering solution to support the residential scheme, with foundation design tailored to the site conditions and the demands of the proposed building layout. The project required coordination between the structural frame, foundations, drainage, levels, and external works to provide a fully integrated design package.
