St Edeyrn’s is a major residential development in Cardiff, involving the delivery of new homes and associated infrastructure across a large development site.
We provided full civil and structural engineering services, including a bespoke flat slab foundation solution developed to support efficient housing delivery. The foundation strategy was coordinated with the wider site infrastructure, levels, drainage, and highway design requirements.
Our role also included the design of roads, junctions, access arrangements, and Section 278 works, supporting the successful integration of the development with the local highway network and surrounding community.
